Worthless cable
I hate Comcast, Verizon is not available where I live. The service is horrible. My cable goes out every day and I am always having to reset my boxes. I have had 2 technicians come out in the past 2 days. I plan on canceling tomorrow when customer service opens. Anyone else's cable worthless as much as mine?

when your service to your home, and to your set top box are proper you would not have problems. since you said you had techs out already, I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
