Was there a change to how search results are presented in the last 24 hours?
I mostly search by clicking the "xfinity" button on my remote and then hit the magnifying glass icon on the left. Voice recognition is just OK in my experience so if the last name of the person I'm looking for is spelled weird I'll say the first name by voice command and manually fill out the rest. As of this morning that strategy does not work. Example word: "Percy". As of now if I go to the search prompt and issue a "Percy" voice command I'm brought to the page of "Percy Rodrigues" born in 1918. However, if I type "Percy" into the same prompt a list of 30 results is presented (the top 3 with bigger icons and 27 more with smaller icons). In the past, saying "Percy" would yield the same results as those when typed. If this recent change is the "new normal" then Comcast basically rendered partial voice searches to be completely useless. The old method is WAY better IMO.
