Mine quit working out of the blue, too. I tried the "BB" button, but that is not what I want. I don't need a voice telling me I changed a channel, or a voice description of a program. I want to push the blue button and say " watch sports" etc.
Chat is not up..our stores are closed. How do I get a new TV remote sent to me??
