Two channels very distorterd on Living room TV but OK on Media Room TV

Two channels (Channel 755, DIY and Channel 815, WGN-TV) are very distorted and pixelized on our living room tv.  However those same channels are very clear on our media room tv.  All other channels in our package work fine on both sets.

Can you suggest a solution.  The Xfinity box has been reset many times.

Thanks, Bob W.

If it’s just on one and not the other, it’ll be either cable wiring to the box or the box itself.

Thanks so much for your suggestion.  I replaced the HDMI cable from the cable box to the TV and the channels  look fine.  I have never encountered a partial outage due to a faulty cable so I learned a new lesson.

Hey, @Rob_555, I am happy to hear swapping out the HDMI cable did the trick and you are now back to enjoy all your favorite channels on both of your cable boxes! If you run into any further issues or have any questions please feel free to reach out at anytime!
