Tv change source, turns on and off by its self.

TV changes source, turns off& on by its self. Loses source and changes to contents-Cidios by its self. I can select spices on remote and deselect exfinity and will be fine for seconds to minutes and changes again. Help

Did you take the batteries out of the remote when it happens? If it doesn’t continue, try a new remote. If it continues, it’s your tv

Many smart TVs have phone apps that act as remote controls or that can cast content to them.   Or they can be controlled with google home or amazon echo devices.   Maybe someone is pranking you.
