The xfinty assistant says I can change the pause time to two hours, but it doesn'tsay how.

I'm talking about just watching TV, I hit pause to answer the phone or whatever, then it for some reason it goes to live TV after a while. I can't see one reason anyone would want that. 

 

I want to adjust the pause time to as long as possible, it is set way too short. TiVo would just stay paused forever.

There is no ability to change pause time. 60 minutes is it

60 minutes would be fine, mine is set at 10 minutes.

So the customer rep did a remote trouble shoot, and now it is fixed.
