TV's (two) get all jumbled and skips. Ongoing issue.

This happened last summer and we had our entire cable replaced from our house to the box. This summer it is happening again. I have reset the boxes, refreshed the boxes. No changes. Last night we watched it through ROKU and it was fine. We did the same thing this morning and it was fine. Why do I have to pay extra money to be able to watch a tv program that I ALREADY PAY FOR????? No error code given.

There wouldn’t be an error code unless you totally lost the channel. The Roku and cable box are 2 different sources( why the Roku was fine). Signal issues aren’t generally fixed by restarts and refreshes but by probably having a tech out like you did last summer
