TV frozen

I've rebooted everything multiple times, of course I can't talk to anyone at Comcast except a robot. Anyone else having this problem? the TV is on the language selection screen, remote won't move it, can't select anything...

Problem solved after about a half hour on the phone with Comcast (plus 1 hour wait time). It was stuck on The “select language” screen (trying to re-establish itself?). Anyway after multiple reboots and refreshing of all devices plus whatever magic the rep invoked, it’s working. Thanks for replying

would you give more of a description of what you mean by freezing ?  is audio working? what error numbers and error messages are you seeing? do you have more than one set top box? if so, do all the set top boxes have the same problem? is your home internet working properly?
