Switched from WiFi to Wired and TV Box Not Being Recognized

Didn't like the WiFI X1 box, and I replaced it today with a XG1v4-A.

 

On first startup I'm getting a RDK-03013 error. Refreshing, hard restarting etc. don't work.

 

Can someone activate this box? Disappointed that this didn't work from the start.

Is the cable outlet live?

Hi @AirDior, I just wanted to check in with you to see if you got the box activated yet? Are you connecting this box at the same outlet the other box was connected to before the swap?
