Subscription Required

I've not been able to see any channels the last two days.  Every channel I've tried to view tells me a subscription is required.

you posted in the PC area, does a smart phone/tablet work normally while connected to your own home wifi? Does your PC use a VPN? is your home X1 equipment working on all the channels?

Actually its my TV at my home WiFi that's having issues.  Sorry that I posted in the wrong area.

moved thread to X1 area of the forum. If you use a smart phone/tablet or PC, do the channels work normally? did you use the my account app, the TV tab and select the top choice to show your TV channel lineup to verify the channel you are trying to view is in your package?
