Status center

When checking status center for devices online,  Cable modem and main tv box show "Connection Issue" and "Status unavailable" for all other boxes even though they function normally.  Calling and talking to a representative was frustrating and pointless. Any others with a similar issue?

Other boxes don’t have signal levels to check like the modem and main box, the message is the result. Smaller boxes feed off the main box.
