Sound & Picture
I just got Comcast TV installed a few hours ago. The sound and picture are out of sync. I called Comcast but the robot kept hanging up on me. I think that is a terrible way to treat a customer.

lip-sync settings are stored in your TV per devcie, so new device new settings may be needed. tune the set top box to a major network that has a lot of talking so you can check sync. use your TV's remote, go to the audio section of the menu and find lip-sync. adjust the setting +/- until it matches the best then exit. same thing goes for sharpness, contrast, brightness, gamma, etc settings. (tv remove)
