Setup and installation issues and no agents

I’ve been trying to set this stupid tv box up for the last two hours, but every time I power it on, it just goes to the welcome screen and then back to the hdmi screen saying nothing is plugged in.

Tried calling but couldnt get passed the dumb robot.

ANY solutions helpful.

be sure that the cable set top box has an LED that shows power is connected (it is on). Connect the HDMI cable to the TV out HDMI jack on the set top box and to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 on your TV (not ARC). use your TV's remote to change input to the HDMI 1 or 2 that you used. you should then see the video. working?

As I posted above. I'm having same issues.  Tried using hdmi and also coax but neither worked.
