Setting up Cable Box in Bedroom Issues
The screen says “Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue.” Then the next screen it says it’s having issues and to try tightening the cords, etc. it’s on a new Samsung TV. On my app the cable box says it’s not connected. Any advice/tips? Thank you

you can test by moving your modem/gateway to the outlet and see if the sync lights come on. if not, then that cable line is not connected to your incoming coax line.
