My set top box does not power up. I just need to exchange for a new box. I don't need or want a technician to come to my house. I can't find a number to call and everytime I go on chat, they try and exchange my modem which I already own. I there a number I can call to just have a new box sent and return the old one? VERY frustrating!

How do u exchange set top box for a new one?
at your local Xfinity store. be sure to use the new (not old) power supply with the new set top box.
