Self Install is worthless

My self install equipment arrived today.  I successfully got the main box installed and is running fine.  I've connected 3 of the smaller boxes on TVs that were working fine before.  Each of them says there is a problem with cable connection.  Didn't have that problem before.  Tried Chat, but kept getting kicked back to beginning.  Have not found a phone number to call about getting a technician out to do the install.  I'm about ready to call and cancel the whole thing and go with AT&T TV.

If you’re replacing legacy equipment things are a little different. Can you give any error codes, equipment models, cable setup etc. More details
