I purchased a new samsung 7000 series tv but XR11 remote doesn't work with SAMSUNG. I tried all the codes. Are there any secret codes I need to know about?

If you’ve exhausted the onscreen codes. Press and hold setup, led goes from red to green and press 991 and channel up until your tv turns off and hold setup to lock it in

I tried that this morning, held the channel up 60 seconds red l d went out and still didn’t work : (
