Recording all Figure Skating events

New to X1 and from my old Sat. system, I could set the DVR to record any and all Figure Skating.    There's figure skating on nightly now and it won't let me record more than 1 show.     Before I went to cable and X1, if  it was on NBC, ABC, or OLYMPIC channels it would record.    Never had to worry about a show on 2 months from now, it would record.

This could be a deal breaker for me if I can't set the DVR to record any and all Figure Skating.

Suggestions please?

The only way to accomplish what you're asking is when a program is labeled as a "series."

When the program is labeled as a series, the channel selection option is available

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-record-a-series

The figure skating grand prix is not labeled as a series so the programs must be recorded manually.

So it looks like this is impossible with Xfinity.

Odd that under sports and the sports app, many are shown including Cricket but not Figure Skating.
