Comcast won't let me schedule an appt, they say service has been down since Saturday, however my box works in the other side of the house.
Both new DVR's won't work

the DVRs connect to Coax cable. have you tried a different coax cable? Do your DVRs have a clock on the front?or one small LED in front, bottom-center of the set top box?
