I just started my experience after almost 35 years with the other big Company

 I had continuous problems with them got fed up and switched now my screen is frozen O reset my box turned all off not sure what to do please help

I moved your post to the x1 area of the forum.  the issue you describe is a dead outlet. was this a working cable setup with splitters/amplifiers? is the set top box model an xg1 (DVR) or XG2? do any of your other set top boxes work? does your internet work?
