Re: New model of remote - I hate it!

This remote is awful - especially for older users such as myself.

Those tiny linear buttons (power and source at the top) are frustrating to use with arthritic hands and difficult to see when all the buttons and the base are all grey.  It doesn't matter how close we are to the TV it takes multiple attempts to change the source or just to power up.

who in the world thought this was a good design.

You change it out anytime at your local service center, you’re not handcuffed to that one.

I sooo agree. I have arthritis in my thumbs and I have to use both to press the directional and OK buttons. After a few tries my hands were too sore to use it.

Who designed it? Those complete corporate-stooge idiots who needed to justify their pathetic jobs by designing a cheaper device unusable by most seniors (like me, with 80 year-old arthritic hands). This company disgusts me

Totally agree! Bring back my old remote…and the 2 tuner DVR with it!
