Please post back here if you actually get an answer, as I've got the same issue, and there are NO phone numbers we can find to ask for help. All the phone numbers say "If you are not buying new service, you have the wrong number".
So, must be nice. They came out, looked at my line dangling with all the tree limbs on it, said they weren't allowed to fix it, call them when it broke, and left.
Guess I'm looking at a multi-day outage in the future, which is especially distressing since my livelihood depends on it not going down.
