We have to reset our cable multiple times a day. We keep freezing and getting the rdx-03033 message. I saw a Comcast person said this should be fixed with an update but it hasn’t been. I’m so frustrated, I’m about ready to cancel service. Anyone have a solution yet to this problem, or should I cancel my service?
Is there an answer to this issue? I have the same issue...RDX-03033 error, we cannot get to DVR recordings or switch channels but we can continue to watch the same channel. The error says the TV cannot connect to the internet but I can access the internet with my laptop. What is the solution if you have tried multiple times to reboot just like the original post?

the set top box could not communicate with the Comcast servers. is it working now? those kind of issues are usually only temporary. have more than one set top box? if so, were they both having the same problem?
I get that error code consistently. I finally had enough and called last weekend. The customer service rep said she couldn't tell me what this code means or help with the problem but would "escalate" my service request. She promised I would get a call back within 24 - 48 hours and also said she would issue a credit for my trouble. (I thanked her for the credit but said that reliable service would make me happier.)
Well, no call back, the same problem exists and today I noticed Comcast is issuing me a credit for 75 CENTS. Talk about adding insult to injury. Aren't they just the best...not!

This has been going on for months. It happened 2 or 3 times yesterday. I have only one box - a DVR.
