When is the software update for this you promised on 5/09/20. With COVID19 you can’t even get anyone in service to call you back and set up an appointment. Do I just need a new box? With COVID19 you should be refunding people who can’t get a service call much less service. This is the worst service I have ever had and you should reduce your monthly pricing and refund for lack of service. We have to become our own technicians. This is unacceptable and happens daily.
