The boxes use moca from the main box to communicate. It’s going to boil down to 3 things because it’s affecting all of the satellite boxes. Assuming all connections are the same and boxes haven’t been moved around, Things to try
1. The gateway is interfering with moca. Unplug the modem completely and restart the boxes. Moca light on the gateway should be off
2. The amp is defective. Try bypassing the amp with a splitter temporarily. The X1 boxes can be off any port of the amp just not the voip port.
3. The main box is defective and isn’t broadcasting moca anymore. Swap box
4. The cable outlet to the main box isn’t letting moca pass. Unhook all coax cables from back of the box to wall plate to the amp and put them back and restart. You can also move the main box temporarily to where a different box is to see if it’s a cable issue
