This error appears often and although I’ve checked cables and rebooted multiple times, it still occurs. I’ve seen all the other issues reported but no solution. Please help!

that is usually a temporary issue with servers (if you are sure the code was 03033 not 03003). are you still having problems? is it happening all the time or only when you attempt to do certain menu functions (for example begin playing an on-demand title)?
This continues to happen all the time. Most annoying is when I’m watching Netflix through Xfinity App - it stops every 10 mins and completely licks up now. Back to regular cable requires a box reboot. Every time I try to change the channel, press guide, speak into the remote - everything!!

appears to be a data stream issue. use the voice remote 'about' and reply with the rest of the line to the right of 'STB version'.
that is version 3 of the DVR series and is not known for audio drop out issues. how is the set top box connected to the TV? is it directly to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2? do you have a sound bar or audio receiver or just use the TV's speakers?
