Hi there,

Can anyone help me please? I’ve spend more than 6 hours on the phone with XFinity and cannot find a resolution to this error code. They refuse to send us any help even though we will have no access to our main TV from next week whilst the living room is under construction for 8 weeks.

I tried reading the posts below but could someone explain for someone who is not technically proficient in this world?!
