When my cable box claims to have lost internet connection and tries to reboot, I get the "Sorry, we're having some trouble" red screen. At the bottom is RDK-03004. Is this an error code? Can it help lead to a solution.  TIA

That means the box can’t communicate, it’s either signal levels or the box but the majority of time it’s signal/garbage cable
