Prime Video Problem

“Something Went Wrong” error all day. Tried both Restart and Refresh but did not remedy. Any ideas?

They changed the homepage and menu but mine worked ok today

Thanks for the reply. I just checked and found the homepage is different but it works now just like you wrote. So obviously it was an update that prevented viewing. How hard would it be for either Prime or Xfinity to post an announcement in the message center to let us know before doing something like this? Seems like common sense to me.
