Premium Channels now streaming in Spanish

My premium channels (HBO, Showtime and Epix) started streaming in Spanish today (10/11/20). How do I correct this?  My other channels are fine, streaming in English.

Are you referring to streaming on the Stream app or broadcasting on your X1 cable box. Two different animals
