Poor signal

Poor signal

Local channels pixilating. Other channels are fine. Started a week ago and everytime you call they turn it off and back on. I have this so much I feel I'm going to wear out the button. Is that always Xfinity big and only fix. I changed from DirecTV for this stuff. Never had an issue with them. Makes me wonder why I changed in the first place.

Have you done any other troubleshooting? Check your cable is tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further
