Pixelation

My 4K box is also pixilating and freezing all the time basically error codes there is an error on our end blah blah and if u just changed service it’s not done changing which isn’t true. I just got this 4 k box like 2 months ago

what you describe is an extremely low cable signal and or high signal noise. check connections on coax connectors and if no change, call 800-Comcast and set up home service call to check your cable signal outside your home at the demarcation point.
