Pixelation

my 2 tvs have been pixilating for a long time, have had 3 visits from comcast reps all said it is fixed.

not fied.  Comcast/xfinity figure this out cause my husband is more upset than i am.

You’re going to have to have another tech out, maybe one of them can get maintenance to look at things if it’s not your house or equipment

We are having pixelation issues too.  This happens with Live TV, recordings, and on demand.  It occurs with all 3 of the TVs/boxes in our house but does not occur when we watch TV via the internet.  We have had this issue for the three years that we have had comcast, and technicians have never fixed.  It appears to be getting worse, as now the Guide is slow to appear and changing channels takes forever.  I will send a PM.  Thanks.

I am having this issue also and am extremely frustrated. Why hasn't this been addressed? @ComcastMichael
