Pixelation

We have frequent pixelation on several channels and several TVs. We have checked all connections inside, all are tight and in good condition. How do I get a tech to check connection to the pole outside?

We only have the splitter that comcast installed

Are there any splitters you can remove to help signal. Or call to make an appointment, because of the pandemic it may be awhile

I’m having the same issue lately. All of a sudden multiple stations on every box has been pixelated. Doing right now as I type this. Set up has been the same nothing has changed. Very annoying.
