Peacock causing issues?

Peacock causing issues?

For the last day, whenever we watch Peacock on our tv, as soon as we exit out, we get error RDK-03033 having trouble connecting to the internet. I then have to have a reset code sent or restart the modem. Any ideas what is causing this?

using the remote for that set top box give voice command 'about'. what is the rest of the line to the right of "STB Version.."?
