If we try to use that, there's an endless rolling spiral/ball, and it never connects to the channels guide/interfac. though the rest of Peacock is working. . Had worked before this week. What's with that?
Thanks for using the Xfinity Forum to report this. I'm not sure what caused it to stop working but would be happy to help troubleshoot and/or add the channels for you if you're unable to do it on your end. By chance, have you tried to perform a system refresh?
