For nearly 3 weeks I have had two televisions that don't work. I have made five trips to my local Xfinity store to exchange boxes. No one can get them to work. Of course I understand over the phone sometimes doesn't work, but Xfinity on two occasions has refused to send a tech to my house because it is ONLY two of my 7 boxes that don't work. But of course, I continue to pay for those two boxes, even though they don't work and you will not send someone out to help. Five people have tried over the phone. Do I have to wait for a COVID cure to get my cable fixed?
