Pace ABL V1.17 Preparing Box for new software - Blue Screen

@ComcastMorgan Cable Box will not work. TV has a blue screen for downloading new software. Needing a new device.

you will need to swap out that set top box at your local xfinity store. keep the old remote as they just throw those away.
