Outage & no return call

I have had an outage on my wireless TV all day. Stupid computer says it will be repaired by 145 pm. It is now 415. I was supposed to get a return call between 2 & 4. Unless there is a new format for time, Comcast has missed both promisssed windows. Internet is working. Hardwired TV is working. 

Comcast confirmed my password online but rejects it on the TV.

HELP!
