No Cable service

My cable service stop letting me change channels.  Then it went to a purple screen with a code RDK03004

That means you don’t have a working cable signal. Use the myaccount app to check for outages

adding.... it might just be an amp that is powered by a brick in one of your rooms connected to a coax cable. sometimes they get knocked unplugged or they get unplugged by someone wondering what the power brick powers up. If you have an amp/powered splitter, there should be a lighted LED on it showing power is there.
