I get an error code when trying to connect to Netlix using Flex. The error code is NW-3-6

Netflix will not start via Voice command or app but runs fine using smart TV

This is a very common problem over at least the last two years - reset your set top box via button A or reset power to your set top box by pulling power cord for several seconds.  It often happens to my multiple set top boxes at the same time usually over night.
