Netflix not working

So my Netflix hasn’t been working all day , it just goes to the screen with the red N and doesn’t leave that. Can’t use the A button on my xr15 remote. It does nothing

the A button menu has to be used while on live TV. (reset netflix menu)

This happens to me often; I unplug my box, wait 30 seconds, plug back in - then it normally works fine.
