My xfinity dvr reboots several times a day is this normal?

My xfinity X1 dvr box reboots several times a day.  It has done this since it was installed,  i have had five technicians and they have replaced the box four times, but it still does this.  Longest period without doing this was about a to week period.  What can be done to stop this so that I can actually watch some TV?

If the equipment has been swapped that much, techs should be looking at the signal levels of equipment or ingress. You’ll need another out

I have asked about that several times, and all that they want to do is reboot my system.  Side note my internet connection (by xfinity) consistently gets 900+ mbps).

 

Oh, and how to do you change what you name you post under?

your set top box or signal is not working well. you could try swapping out the set top box at your local xfinity store and see if the problem goes away. else, you may have signal problems in the home.

The set top box has been replaced four times.  The lead into the house has been replaced.  And now today their technician is over 1/2 hour late for a two hour window,
