Mlb Extra Innings records wrong channel
I have the St Louis Cardinals saved as my favorite team. The X1 DVR is suppose to automatically record my favorite team if they are playing. I checked yesterday and my dvr had the Cardinals game scheduled but it was the opponents team broadcast. I want to record the Cardinals broadcast. So I manually changed the channel to be recorded to channel 3026 which is the St Louis Cardinals dedicated channel. So today I check my recordings and the DVR only recorded channel 479. Not the channel I scheduled! Also when I look at tomorrow's scheduled game the Milwaukee broadcast of the Cardinals game is to be recorded. Not the Cardinals broadcast that I scheduled. Why is the X1 DVR doing this and how can I schedule a recording and not have the DVR change the channel I pick?

Same issue! Paying for a service that isn't working as expected is not acceptable! I've been going back and forth with xfinity on PMs with no answers yet.

Same issue here with Red Sox/Tampa game today. Scheduled the full season. Most games on NESN but today both ESPN and NESN. ESPN is the cahnnel they recorded (I assume the default is National vs. Local, but then again doesn't seem like they've put much thought into it). So, ESPN is blacked out and I get football reruns and miss the first 4 innings of a great game. Does Xfinity chime in on these posts?

Xfinity is sending a technician to the house on Wednesday. Thinking it's a wasted trip. Will let the group know if there's a workaround but I doubt it.
