We keep losing recordings. We are not deleting them. When we go to watch they are just gone. It is happening randomely.
I have tried rebooting the main box and refreshing the system with no change. Anyone have this happen to them? And if so did you get a resolution to the problem?

As a last resort, if I had your issue, I would schedule a tech visit.
