Issue with XiD-P Box

So heres the story I got a 4k box self-installed 3 months ago. For some reason my XiD-P box drops out upstairs losing connection all the time? RDK-10000, also I think? I saw a lost internet connection code say its our fault? I do the restart on 4k box and xid-p box is fine. Also what I do is on Xid-p box is i unplug everything wait 1 min, Then plug in power first let it cycle up then plug in coax cable then hdmi cable all it go also. It happen every 3rd of 4th day. Never had this problem before I got the 4k box?

Any idea please help.....

It sounds like your wifi connection isn't strong enough.

Was getting RDK-03033 on main box now, so went to store swap out 4k box for new one, see if this help.
