Intermittent Connection

For the past 3 weeks I've been getting constant "We're having trouble connecting to the Internet." messages on my TV, and everything is frozen, nothing works. RDK-03033. When I call, they tell me I need a technician, but then the problem seems to be fixed and I actually receive a call asking me to cancel the appointment because the problem is now fixed. But then, same thing happens again. This makes me think the problem is not with my equipment but it's on Xfinity's end. Just be honest with me, is Xfinity having problems with service outages?
