I have a replacement box and I am receiving RDK-03036 when setting up

I have a replacement box and I am receiving RDK-03036 when setting up

There is 1 coax cable coming in and it is snug and HDMI to the tv.  It is not a physical connection issue, does anyone have another suggestion?    Thanks

it sounds like you have a companion set top box that can't communicate with the Xg1 (dvr) or Xg2 (non-DVR) hub. is the Xg1/xg2 working normally? are you sure that coax wall outlet is live? you can test by bringing the xg1 and power supply to that location and seeing if it will boot up and work properly.
