Just switched out my Xfinity owned modem+router for my own separate modem and router. My internet and phone work, but I'm having trouble connecting my TV to the internet because I have no idea how to access the TV settings to change the WiFi connection.
The error code that I'm getting is RDK-03033
The error message states:
We're having trouble connecting to the Internet.
Please check that your cables are tightly secured and try again. If that doesn't work, go to xfinity.com/support/status or use the My Account mobile app to check for service outages and get additional troubleshooting tips.
