Having problems for 3 months now with my x1 system. Not connecting to internet.

Takes forever just to open guide or any apps like Netflix or prime.

I have had 4 different tech out to the house. Looked at everything, replaced the line from the pole to the house. Still not working right. The tech all say there is excessive noise on the line out on the street. Comcast wind do anything about it. They keep closing my ticket when the tech come out
